Mary Cane the badass heroine assassin
Mary Cane (maybe Cain) is a gender swapped version of Jay’s character 2D.

I don’t remember Jay’s character’s back story. sumthin’ about amnesia and his loved one missing/dead. But basically that’s Cane’s back story now. She won’t travel with the group directly, or for prolonged periods of time, but she will make appearances and threaten to kill Shadow Company about as often as she will offer to help them. She has her own agenda to attend to, but she plays a big role behind the scenes. (Her name comes from the corrupted anagram of Mercenary)
